"Urban Expression: Creativity of Student Sculptors"—the international exhibition of student sculptors—was held within the framework of the Sculpture Festival 2023, organised by the Tbilisi Association of Sculptors and Architects.

Sculptural sketches created for the festival by students of the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts and the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts were presented at the exhibition.

The international jury selected the works, and four winners were selected among the participants.
The sponsor of the festival was SOCAR Georgia Petroleum.
